What are best practices for lbk Bikini Care?

Use cold water to hand wash bikinis and leave them to dry in the shade out of direct sunlight to avoid damaging the fabric. DO NOT PUT IN WASHER OR DRYER MACHINE <3

Do not tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach

High amounts of chlorine, certain tanning or sunscreen oils can damage the fabric so avoid any spills onto your bikini!

LBK Bikinis are made with great quality fabrics and a large amount of love. Please take care of your bikinis so they can take care of you <3

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please email lbk@thelabelbykalani.com with your Full Name, Order #, a description of the issue and pictures if the item is damaged so we can rectify your situation as soon as possible!

How do I return an item?

Send an email with your full name, order number, phone number, address, and reason for returning to lbk@thelabelbykalani.com within 14 days of delivery, and use our address to mail it back to receive your store credit. Our address is 2054 Vista Parkway Suite 400 West Palm Beach Florida 33411. Sometimes it will correct the city to Royal Palm Beach, that still works

Returns & Exchanges

At this time we only accept bikinis bought from thelabelbykalani.com in new condition with liners attached, no perfume, deodorant, makeup, tanning oil or any form of stain or damage within 14 days of delivery date for store credit. We will not accept stained or damaged bikinis for store credit. They must have the liners still attached. We do not offer refunds at this time, only store credit.

Please note all sale items marked final sale are not eligible for store credit. Once we receive and approve your returned items, a store credit will be issued to you. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.
